Our client is a growing agricultural credit organization
that, due to expansion and growth, is seeking to add a
Senior Credit Analyst to their staff in the
Fargo,
North Dakota area. The ideal
candidate will have a combination of agricultural/commercial
lending and credit analysis experience. Preference is an
individual who can work accurately and independently, have
overall knowledge of financial analysis and secured credit
transactions, and interact and communicate recommendations
effectively among and between a sales and credit culture.
They will primarily be responsible for the analysis
of credits that average more than $300,000, with high
balances approaching $5 million.
This individual will be reviewing larger credits for
a $40 million loan portfolio, and providing packages for
loan committee, providing guidance to sales team and other
credit analysts, while also approving smaller balance
credits for a 3 state region and helping to create and
maintain the credit policies and procedures for the company.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral
part of a dynamic and growth focused organization by
performing underwriting tasks to start with and then growing
in day to day responsibilities and having the freedom to
enhance and improve processes and guidelines. Incredible
opportunity to be groomed as the Chief Credit Officer, and
will assume some of those responsibilities in CCO absence.
