CMMI30597 - Chief Credit Officer - Lansing, MI - We are currently representing a fantastic bank group in Michigan.  They are part of a nearly $5 billion Holding Company and are seeking a Chief Credit Officer for their $260 million location in Lansing, MI.  This person will be responsible for the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio.  As part of the senior management team, this position will also be involved in the formulation, development, recommendation, implementation and administration of bank-wide policies and business goals.  This position will have 4 direct reports.  The bank focuses primarily on commercial credits averaging anywhere from $400,000 to $1 million, dealing with companies under $10 million in annual sales.  This group has a very good reputation and they are known as a premier organization in their market.  They can offer a very competitive compensation and benefits plan.  We would like to see someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Chief Credit Officer or other high level Credit position.  They have aggressive growth plans and there will be a great deal of opportunity with this bank.  If you are qualified and would like to learn more about this position or other positions, please contact Amy at (800) 536-4933 extension 186. or email at: abelina@adams-inc.com.
